Recording is simple! Use the red heart-shaped module provided. Press and hold the record button while placing it near your ultrasound monitor's speaker or a phone playing your recording. Release the button when finished.
What happens if I accidentally delete the recording?
Our sound modules feature a lock switch on the back. Once you have captured the perfect heartbeat, slide the switch to 'Lock' to prevent accidental re-recording or deletion.
How long does shipping take for my heartbeat bear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your keepsake sooner for a baby shower or gender reveal.
What is your return policy for plush items?
We accept returns of unused, unrecorded items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to the sentimental nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the sound module has been recorded.
Can I wash my My Baby's Heartbeat Bear?
To keep your bear in pristine condition, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Always remove the sound module from the internal pouch before cleaning to avoid damaging the electronics.
